I guess my art career began in grade school. One of my teachers said if you could not draw a straight line you were basically mentally ”off-balance,” and I have never been able to do it since.
DATES
1970: BS Communications: Major Radio-TV-Film with departmental honors
University of Texas at Austin.
Film school, multi-media, produced Sesame Street in Spanish (1966-70).
1971: On the road from New York to Florida to Colorado
1972-1999: Ran my store, married and helped raised three boys.
2000: Welding and metal fabrication classes at our local high school with Myles Schachter and Fred Schultz.
This continues to be part of my art.
